Utah Valley State College invites friends and alumni to participate in a week’s worth of events for homecoming Nov. 26 to Dec. 1.
The festivities will kickoff Monday at noon, with a student dodge ball tournament immediately following. There will also be additional student competitions – such as competitive eating, wearing UV attire, relay races and inflatable obstacle courses – taking place each day at noon.
There will be activities most evenings throughout the week. Musician Kurt Bestor will perform Monday at 7 p.m. at the McKay Events Center. Tickets prices are varied and can be ordered at www.mckayeventcenter.com. UVSC will host a free Kid’s Night for the community Tuesday at 6 p.m. at the Activities Center. The Homecoming Ball will be Friday at 9 p.m. in the Ballroom. Tickets are $8 in advance or $10 at the door.
The Alumni Awards Luncheon will be held at Centre Stage at noon on Thursday. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased by calling (801) 863-8179. Class reunions will take place Saturday at 5:30 p.m. at the East Courts of the McKay Events Center.
All of these events will culminate with a tailgate party at 6 p.m.
