The purpose of the Behavioral Science Department On-line Orientation is to acquaint students with Utah Valley State College’s Behavioral Science Department. Specifically, the orientation addresses the mission and four emphases of the department, programs and degree requirements, faculty and staff, policies and procedures, student resources, and student success principles. The orientation also includes three “check your understanding” sections which provide students with the opportunity to test their understanding of materials addressed in the orientation.
At the end of the orientation, you will be asked to complete a brief evaluation of your experience with the Behavioral Science On-line Orientation. Feedback we receive from you and from other students will enable the department to make the orientation increasingly useful to students.
